Digital Campaign Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with client teams to ensure that the digital campaigns are set up according to best practices

  • Drive maximum efficiency and optimum performance in campaign planning, set-up, and optimizations.

  • Ability to translate digital campaigns statistic into insights and suggest appropriate recommendations based on those analyses.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize and scale clients’ campaigns by tapping into the entire customer journey via omnichannel marketing.

  • Serve as subject matter expert for client teams’ when it comes to digital campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 Years Experience of Meta Ads Management 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or equivalent.

  • In-depth understanding of key industry metrics and the ability to recognize how they might impact business goals.

  • Hands-on experience running Facebook ads and/or social media ads from campaign setup to monitoring, optimization, and reporting.

  • Prior experience with related campaign management tools and reporting platforms, i.e. LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.

  • Experience running A/B testing to run effective and result-driven campaigns.

  • Possess a resourceful mindset & strong analytical skills such as the ability to analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.

  • Self-motivated & able to work independently while being a team player.

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Able to consistently meet deadlines and problem-solve with strong attention to detail
